A, contact e-mail address: the.castle@belle-estates.com, and contact phone: +359877500153, which undertakes to ensure the use of the services requested and paid for by the customer through online booking, in full quantity and quality as provided by the customer through the data reservation form.

All requests of the Customer, filled in the "Notes" of the reservation form, will be satisfied if possible.

In the reservation made, only persons who have not reached the correspondingly indicated age on the date of arrival are accepted as children.

RESERVATIONS AND PERMITTED USE OF THE PROPERTY

Reservations made through this website are exclusively for accommodation and overnight stays during the period specified in the reservation.

In the event that the customer intends to use the property for an event, private or corporate function, photoshoot, filming, organized activity, or any other engagement with a commercial, business, or professional purpose, the customer is required to notify Belle Estates Ltd. at the specified contacts in advance and obtain explicit confirmation and approval for such use.

A reservation made through the website for a standard stay and overnight accommodation does not constitute permission to hold events or carry out any activity beyond the ordinary use of the property as accommodation. Such arrangements are subject to separate terms, pricing, and conditions agreed upon in advance with Belle Estates Ltd.

In the event of non-compliance with this provision, Belle Estates Ltd. reserves the right to deny access to the property or terminate the reservation, in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions and policies.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices on the website of "Belle Estates" Ltd. are in BGN, including VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount owed by the Customer is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and the current price offered for the relevant period.

To confirm your reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking, by debit/credit card or at the latest within the specified period after the reservation by bank transfer.

"Belle Estates" Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and currently available dates. For already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION

In case of cancellation, non-use or change of an already paid online reservation by the Client, "Belle Estates" Ltd. will refund the paid amount upon request, charging the corresponding penalty:

- Modifications to a reservation without penalty made up until 7 days before the check-in date, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.

- Cancellation without penalty made up until 7 days before the check-in date, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.

- In case of change or cancellation after this period, a penalty is due in the amount of the prepaid deposit.

In case of refund of a paid amount, all costs of the transfer (bank fees and others) are covered from the Client. Refunds due to cancellation are made within a 30-day period depending on the method of payment, the amounts are refunded only to the bank account from which they were received. Your card data is only used by the intermediary bank and is not stored by us.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made in the following two ways:

1. By debit or credit card

We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro cards. When choosing this payment method, a payment page of our service bank (Unicredit Bulbank) opens, where you enter your card details. If you are registered with the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication method, an authentication page of your Issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password. Upon a successful transaction, a transaction note is displayed on the screen, which you print or save.

Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

To protect you from abuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:

Security when entering and transferring card data is ensured by using the SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).

In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, our service bank's e-commerce payment server supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations - Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are registered to use them.

At the time of online booking, the mentioned amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card at the end of the payment process.

2. By bank transfer

The payment of the specified amount must be made at the latest within the period specified after the reservation. After making the payment, it is necessary to send a copy of the payment confirmation to e-mail: the.castle@belle-estates.com, and the reservation number must be indicated in the reason for payment.

IMPORTANT!

If the reservation is not paid within the specified period and a copy of the payment document is not sent when paying by bank transfer, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.

In case you are prevented from paying the amount for an already made online reservation, please notify us by e-mail: the.castle@belle-estates.com. In case of non-compliance with this condition, "Belle Estates" Ltd. has the right to seek responsibility and penalties for completed and unpaid reservations.

REFUND OF RESERVATION

In the event that the customer cancels their reservation under the above conditions, we will refund the amount using the same payment method that was used to make the reservation.

The refund of the paid amount by bank card or bank transfer can only be made to the bank card or bank account used for the payment. All bank charges for this transaction are covered from the Customer.
